    Not happy with the visit? Contact us within 7 days and we return to make it right, at no charge.

Every job starts with a free written quote. Recurring visits stay on the route until you cancel. Weather can move a day; it doesn’t change the price you already agreed to.

Payments

All prices are in US dollars. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.

Refund & cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule a service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. If you aren't satisfied with completed work, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to fix it at no charge. If we can't resolve it, we'll issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method. Prepaid services that haven't been performed are fully refundable.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to quote, schedule, and bill your service: your name, phone number, email, service address, and payment details. Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as needed to provide the service or comply with the law. To have your information updated or deleted, email mlandscapingapp@gmail.com.

Terms of service

Services are provided as described in your written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Recurring services continue until cancelled by either party. Weather delays may shift scheduled visits.
